How eMedia88 handles your personal information.
Who we are
eMedia88 Digital Marketing Agency ("eMedia88", "we") operates emedia88.tech and the eMedia88 Android app. Contact: emedia88888@gmail.com, 067 42 81 17, Ta Khmau, Kandal, 121208, Cambodia.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash) or Google sign-in details.
Shop orders: name, phone, email, address, order notes and the products you order.
Product reviews: your rating, review text and display name.
Jobs & Talent: profile details, company details, job posts, applications, messages, photos, videos, CVs, references and other files you upload.
CV Builder: the content of CVs you create.
Technical data: sign-in times and basic device/browser information needed for security, such as failed sign-in attempts.
How we use it
To provide your account, process and contact you about orders, publish reviews and approved marketplace content, deliver messages, and keep the service secure.
Order details are sent to eMedia88 staff via a private Telegram notification so we can respond quickly.
We do not sell personal data and do not show third-party advertising.
Who can see it
Approved talent profiles, company profiles and jobs are public. Private contact details, CVs and references are visible only to you, eMedia88 reviewers, and approved companies when you have allowed sharing and the file has passed a safety scan.
Messages are visible only to the participants and, when reported, to eMedia88 reviewers.
Service providers that host our website, database, file storage, email and document safety scanning process data on our behalf.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Uploaded files are stored privately and shown only through short-lived links.
Retention and deletion
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and associated data at any time — see the Delete Account page.
When you delete your account we remove your profile, CVs, uploads, messages, reviews and marketplace records. Order totals may be kept for bookkeeping with your personal contact details removed.
Your choices
You can view and edit your data in your account, withdraw CV sharing consent, block other users, report content, or contact us to request a copy or correction of your data.
Children
The service is not intended for children under 13.
